Where is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information (no tracking information will be provided with 1stclass service for small items under 100g. You can contact our team on [email protected] for help tracking your order.
EU countries and UK leaving the customs union.
VAT is now collected in the shipping destination and there maybe an additional admin fee collected by the courier. We will refund or apply a discount for the UK portion of the sale price to offset against these new charges. Use code: EUDISCOUNT for the UK element of VAT to be deducted from your order. If you wish to buy 3 or more pairs of boxers, contact us and we can make a bespoke discount to deduct the multibuy discount and UK VAT.

Delivery times

We send using Royal Mail or DHL depending on the weight and country. .
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of order being received.

*DHL excluding delivery on a Saturday & Sunday and ordering on a Saturday or bank holiday.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you change your mind about GFW Clothing items, they can be return to us (except items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons) within 28 days of the parcel being delivered to you, provided:

  1. Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  3. Underwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  4. Face masks cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  5. We advise that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to GFW. The cost of the returns is paid by the customer. To keep your costs down try and send as a large letter 'signed for'. There is no need to send special delivery as this can be expensive.
  6. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.
  7. We do not refund the original postage unless the item is being returned because it was faulty.
  8. Returns can be made in person to the address provided.
  9. If the item is not returned in a presentable condition we reserve the right to deduct a £5 steaming fee.
  10. If you received free shipping because your order was a certain amount and your returned items takes the original order below the free shipping threshold, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your returned items.
  11. If your item takes longer than the maximum expected delivery time, there will be a further window of 6 working days UK and 14 working days international before the item is considered lost.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than: 14 days after the day we receive items back from you; or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Don't forget to keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Customers can exchange an item by returning return the item for an exchange with the completed returns form saying reason for exchange and specify an alternative size. GFW will not charge for postage on exchange items.
Can I return a sale item for a refund?

Sale items must be returned within 14 days for a refund, if later than 14 days items can be exchanged for a different size or a credit issued towards a different item or future purchase. 

How long after delivery can I make a return/exchange?

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Please view 'HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?' for more information.

We use a number of different carriers.  Items over £25 are sent by a tracked or  signed for service. Shipping prices vary from number/value of items purchased and where in the world we are sending.

Customs and VAT
UK VAT is included for shipping to UK destinations. To all other countries (and now including the EU) your purchases are considered an export from the UK and depending on the value of your order you may find that your country taxes and customs duty are added by the international courier.
